King 3.0 Performance Race Series Bypass Shocks are as hard-core as shocks get before stepping up to King Pure Race Shocks. Their massive 3.0 shock body and up to 8 bypass tubes make them the ultimate shock absorber for large trucks, SUVs and prerunners. Capable of handling the work load of two 2.5 bypass shocks, these 3.0 shocks have more than enough dampening power for even the most extreme off-road vehicles.

Standard Sizes and Options
All 3.0 bypass shocks come standard with a large 3.0 shock body, 1" diameter hardened steel shaft, remote reservoir, 2 bypass tubes, and shock travel lengths from 8 to 18 inches. A piggyback reservoir and up to 6 additional bypass tubes are available upgrades for this model.

Custom Built and Valved by King Racing
A 3.0 bypass shock is a big investment, but nothing will improve the handling of your off-road vehicle more than a set of these shocks. Even better is the fact that all King Shocks are custom valved to your exact needs and specifications, including the position and location of the bypass tubes. After your order is finalized and submitted to King as a build sheet, the same shock technicians that build shocks for professional trophy truck drivers will hand assemble your shocks. This unique and rare personal attention is a free service offered to Filthy Motorsports customers and it will only add a few days to the delivery of your shocks.

Selecting Shock Valving
Bypass shocks are unique in that they allow for specific compression and rebound zone tuning. This feature also makes piston valving extremely important and critical to get right. If you already know the details of how you want your shock built, you can select your options in the build menu above and we'll coordinate with King Racing to get them built. If, on the other hand, you want help ordering the perfect set of bypass shocks, you've come to the right place. Before we can consult with King on your shock valving, we'll need to know everything there is know about your application. Use the "Shock Details" text box above to tell us about your setup, driving style, and specific needs so that we have a clear vision of what you are looking for. Servicing, Tuning, and Rebuilding
These massive bypass shocks are built to take even the most severe off-road abuse with ease and in most applications they will likely last a lifetime without needing service. If you are anything like the rest of our customers, though, you'll be glad to know that these shocks are extremely easy to service, maintain and tune. All you need is a set of basic hand tool, a few hours, and whichever King replacement parts you need from Filthy Motorsports. Alternatively, you can always bring (or send) us your shocks and we'll be happy to service them for you.
