Halla Rallye 4000i Xenon HID lights feature Hella's next generation optics free lens, heavy duty mounting bracket, and an internally mounted Xenon ballast. The Xenon HID bulb produces up to 3 times as much light as a modern halogen bulb while only consuming one third of the energy. Add to that Hella's proprietary free form reflector with 50,000 specially placed reflector points that focus the emitted light 3 times better than a typical parabolic mirror and you get one of the brightest, most powerful off-road lights on the market. Designed for long range visibility on high speed desert racing trophy trucks, Rallye 4000i HID lights have a tempered glass lens and weatherproof, powder coated die-cast aluminum housing with vibration resistant construction that allow them to withstand even the toughest off-road abuse.

Because many of these lights are sold to professional off-road desert racers that can't afford to have their lights fail, Hella tests each one to a brutal 8 hour test before letting them leave the factory. The test starts out with 5 hours of heavy mud and water spray followed by an hour of extreme temperature shocks, then the lights are exposed to an hour of high pressure water spray and an hour of high vibration testing. Since this test is more severe than anything you could ever expose them to in the real world, you can rest assured knowing that your lights will work when you need them and that they will last a really long time.

The Rallye 4000i HID product line is available in driving, pencil, and flood beam configurations as depicted in the graphic below. The driving beam pattern is very popular because it is designed for long distance terrain illumination and has focused close range overflow to allow upfront visibility. For extra wide, mid-to-long range illumination, the flood beam does just as its name implies, it floods the terrain in front of the vehicle and far off to the sides for excellent all around visibility. If however, your objective is to see as far out into the horizon as possible, the pencil beam version will give you straight line visibility well over 1,000 yards ahead.
