King Steering Stabilizers are uniquely valved to work evenly in both directions to prevent unnecessary strain on your steering system. Other than their unique piston head and valves, these steering stabilizers are built with the same parts and to the same specifications as King's performance racing shocks. They are designed to handle the load of oversize tires and are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and tunable to last a lifetime.

Standard Sizes and Options
King's steering stabilizers are available with 6 to 12 inches of stroke, and while one 2.0 steering stabilizer should be sufficient to solve any stability issues and excessive steering feedback in most applications, a 2.5 version is available and dual stabilizers can be used in heavy duty applications.

Custom Built and Valved by King Racing
Unfortunately, most steering stabilizers that you'll find on-line or in a catalog come with generic valving. If you get one that is too stiff, it will put an unnecessary strain on your steering mechanism, while one that isn't strong enough will have no effect at all. That is why, like all King shocks, these steering stabilizers are custom built to your needs. Use the "Shock Details" text box above to tell us as much as you can about your application and we'll work directly with King to valve them specifically for your vehicle. Custom built shocks are a free service offered by Filthy Motorsports and it will only add a few days to your shipping time.

Servicing, Tuning, and Rebuilding
These steering stabilizers, like all of King's shocks, are completely serviceable, tunable, and rebuildable with the simplest of hand tools. We offer the full range of replacement parts for King shocks and keep a majority of them in stock and ready to go. This way, if you ever decide to upgrade to larger tires and need a stiffer stabilizer, all you need to do is change the valve shims. Filthy Motorsports will gladly send you the parts for you to do the work yourself, or you can bring us (or send us) your shocks and we'll turn them around within a day in most cases.
