Description
 

These heavy duty limiting strap clevises are the best way to mount your Filthy Motorsports limiting straps or any other limiting strap that has 9/16" (.5625) diameter mounting holes. The design of these clevises is unique in that they allow the limiting strap to articulate within the clevis, on stainless steel bushings, to prevent pulling the strap at improper angles, thus maximizing the life of your limiting straps.

Each clevis is made from one piece of 4130 steel and then cadmium plated for maximum corrosion resistance. The 1/2"-20 (fine thread) shaft is extra long at 4.5" to provide for strap tensioning and adjustments.

Replacement bushings and bolts are available if you later decide to add additional limiting straps or for those who wish to fabricate their own clevis housings. Bushings are made of stainless steel and are designed to work with a 7/16" (.4375) bolt and limiting straps with mounting holes sized for 9/16" (.5625) bolts.
