These tire grooving heads are designed to work with our Tire Grooving Kit as well as any Ideal Heated Knife brand tire groover. The heads are made of solid brass and are have the perfect blade angle and tip curve to make tire grooving effortless. Blade changes and blade depth adjustments are made easily by loosening and tightening just one screw. These tire groover heads are available in 9 sizes ranging from 1/16" to 3/4" wide.

Our Tire Grooving Kit includes a size 4 head and blades, but many customers purchase additional head sizes to complete their kit. We recommend adding the size 8 (1/2") head and blades for large tires like Boggers and Claws, and the size 2 (3/32") head and blades for adding flex points to a tire where a full groove isn't needed. Head sizes 1, 10, and 12, are in stock but they are typically only used in special cases.
