Billet charging manifold for Schrader valves

King Shock Inflation / Charging Manifolds feature a high pressure gauge and no loss air chuck for accurate pressure check and inflation of shocks, coilovers, air shocks, and bump stops with standard Schrader valves. They are machined from billet aluminum and anodized trademark King blue with the King Shocks logo. Made in the USA, genuine King Shocks part.

Instructions for use: Start by wearing safety glasses and all proper safety equipment. Make sure the t-handle on the no loss air chuck is turned all the way open (counter clockwise), then thread the no-loss chuck of the manifold on to the Schrader valve of the shock or bump stop that needs charging and tighten lightly. Turn the t-handle of the no loss air chuck clockwise to depress the valve core in the Schrader valve. The pressure gauge will now read the pressure inside the shock. Using your nitrogen fill kit with a standard air chuck, start adding pressure to the manifold through the Schrader valve just under the pressure gauge as you when when inflating a car tire. When you release the chuck, read the pressure on the gauge. When the desired pressure is achieved, turn the t-handle on the no-loss air chuck all the way open (counter clockwise) and then unthread the no-loss air chuck from the Schrader valve.

In addition to this inflation adapter, you will also need a nitrogen fill kit to pressurize your shocks. To assemble your own nitrogen fill kit you will need a pressure regulator, connection hose, and an air chuck. A tank of nitrogen can be sourced at any local welding supply shop.
