Description
 

**Unlike other suspension tuners that keep valving adjustments "proprietary," Filthy Motorsports will always provide you with complete valving details for your records.**

The following suspension review and calculation services are available through Filthy Motorsports:

1. Spring Rate Review Only (30 Minutes) - $100
The spring rate review service provides coilover spring recommendations for one vehicle. For new builds, we will provide our best estimate for the spring rates needed. For correcting existing vehicles, we will use the existing springs to calculate your new spring rates.

2. Shock Valving Review Only (30 Minutes) - $200
The shock valving review service provides shock, coilover, and/or bypass shock valving recommendations for one vehicle. For new builds we will provide our best estimate for your application and use. For fine-tuning shocks, you will need to provide us with the existing valving so we can make the appropriate recommendations.

3. OEM Suspension Kit Review (90 Minutes) - $350
The OEM kit review service covers a complete review of any aftermarket shock kit installed on one production vehicle with or without a lift kit or aftermarket suspension system. This service includes a complete review of the vehicle configuration, ride height, spring rates, and valving.

4. Complete Suspension Review (90 Minutes) - $350
The complete suspension review service is available for any one vehicle and covers the suspension geometry, shock and spring placement, shock and spring sizes, sway bars, weight distribution, spring rates, and valving.

5. General Troubleshooting Service (30 Minutes) - $200
The general suspension troubleshooting service covers helping to diagnose one suspension related issue with one vehicle. This includes undesirable ride characteristics, body roll, nose-dive, damaged components, suspension geometry issues, unidentified noises, etc.

6. Shock Rebuild or Service Help (30 Minutes) - $100
The shock rebuild or service help service will cover any questions you have about rebuilding, repairing, or servicing your shocks and recommending the correct parts needed for your application.


This service is not available for EVO Mfg., Rebel, or Synergy rear JK suspension kits.


For the above services, you will be asked to provide the following:
  • Photos of the vehicle, suspension, and existing springs.
  • Existing spring specifications (diameter, free height, and spring rate if available).
  • Measurements of the springs, a-arms, trailing arms, 4-link arms, if requested.
  • Current shock valving (shocks may need to be opened to obtain this information).

Thank you for your help. I installed 1600.375.650 eibach springs (as per your recommendation) and definitely helped out a lot.  The 16" is definitely way better on my angles. I appreciate the help and the back and forth emails definitely a great help form you!!!!

Thanks so much for the help. Went with a different company when I ordered my King 2.5s for my 5th gen and they were not helpful. Will be ordering Kings all around for a Gx470 build in the future. I definitely will be going with you guys next time. Little help like this really makes companies stand out from competitors.

It's been awhile since we spoke last but I'm ready to give you an update. Man I'm glad i contacted you. The ride is so much better. Low speed it's perfect and doesn't throw me around the cab anymore.
