highest grade 8620 alloy steel and forged into shape before being cut
on industry leading Gleason machines and lapped for a precision match.
All gears are also shot peened for added durability before going through
a thorough quality control process. Not only, do Revolution gears run
smoothly and efficiently while being strong and durable, they shown
excellent result from optional post treatments processes including
REM-ISF and cryogenic treatments.
